    Event Theme Promotion & Digital Strategy – Spanish Night was a one-off cultural event hosted at a local café that typically does not operate during evening hours — presenting a unique challenge in both logistics and audience perception. Despite this, the event successfully attracted over 100 attendees, transforming the daytime venue into a vibrant evening destination. The night featured Spanish music, cuisine, and décor, delivering an immersive cultural experience and fostering strong community engagement.

    Responsibilities
    As the lead for theme promotion and digital strategy, I was responsible for:
    - Event Branding & Identity
    - Developed cohesive visual branding aligned with the Spanish theme.
    - Created promotional assets for social media, print, and digital invites.
    - Campaign Planning & Execution
    - Designed and implemented a pre-event digital campaign to drive attendance.
    - Managed event communications across Instagram, Facebook, and email.
    - Coordinated influencer outreach and community engagement to maximise reach.
    - Planned content rollout to build excitement and momentum pre-event.
    - Collected feedback and metrics for post-event reporting.

    Outcome
    - Achieved a sold-out event with strong early RSVPs.
    - Increased social media engagement by 10% during the campaign period.
    - Built a reusable campaign structure for future cultural events.
