Essence Lashes and Beauty, a boutique studio founded in 2020 by Francesca, is dedicated to enhancing natural beauty through expert lash and brow services. With over 10 years of industry experience, Francesca approached Lario Marketing to strengthen her brand’s online presence and attract a broader client base.

Challenge:
Although the business had an existing website, it faced several issues including inconsistent branding, overcrowded content, and limited usability. The site did not effectively reflect the salon’s refined aesthetic or Francesca’s professional expertise, resulting in missed opportunities to convert visitors into clients.

Approach:
Lario Marketing applied the newly developed brand guidelines to ensure consistency across visuals, tone, and messaging. The website structure was refined to improve navigation, readability, and user experience. Later, a complete redesign was implemented to modernise the layout, showcase key services, and enhance conversion flow through strategically placed call-to-actions and simplified booking pathways.

Outcome:
The new website delivers a cohesive brand experience: clean, feminine, and inviting while making it easy for clients to explore services, view results, and book appointments. The relaunch also improved user engagement and helped position Essence Lashes and Beauty as a trusted, professional beauty studio in Brunswick East.
